Our Claremont-Nedlands - 1s side accounted for Mount Lawley - 1s to collect a well-earned victory.
We kept Mount Lawley - 1s to 233 from 49.1 overs. A century to Chris Cilemanoff for our opponents: 116. Elijah Ward-Armstrong made a useful 36 for the hosts. Rory King claimed a cracking five-wicket haul, finishing with five for 40. There were also wickets for Rufus Zampatti (two for 42).
In reply, the team reached the target at 7/234 in 48.3 overs. Nicholas Hobson brought up a fine half-century, finishing with 92 off 80 balls. Sean Thompson contributed 42 off 63 balls. Matthew Lough weighed in with 35 off 52 balls.
Our bowlers made sure our opponents didn't bat out their overs. The boys have now won four straight. Well played, all.
