It was smiles all round as our Claremont-Nedlands - 3s got up against Fremantle - 3s away from home.
Our totals were 10/80 and 1/98, against Fremantle - 3s' 10/61 and 10/114. Fifty for Nicholas Wright, who finished with 56 not out off 75 balls. Cameron Baker played a handy knock of 38. Charlie Campo bowled superbly for our opponents, a five-wicket haul of five for 25. Sam Harding claimed three for 29 for the hosts.
Ben McManus returned figures of four for 32 off 10.3 overs. Credit to Patrick Pumfrey, who made 29 for our opponents.
A brilliant result for the team.
An excellent effort from the boys.
