It was a satisfying day for our Claremont-Nedlands - 2s, who notched a win over Midland-Guildford - 2s at Lilac Hill 1.
Our bowlers restricted Midland-Guildford - 2s to 219 from 48.5 overs. The hosts' best was a half-century from Mitchell pivac, who made 98. Harrison Giancono made a fine 50 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century. Arun Tibballs was the pick of the bowlers, taking four for 29 off 7.5 overs.
In reply, the side reached the target at 7/221 in 48.4 overs. Harry Saunders finished 47 not out off 55 balls. There were also handy runs from Jonah Lincoln (46). Gabe Maund provided good support with 33.
It's ten wins on the bounce.
A brilliant effort from the boys.
